Twisted Indian Street Food was born from a simple idea: bring the bold, electric flavors of India's street food culture to Lemoore, California — freshly made, every single day.
How it started
Opened in 2023 at 236 Heinlen St. in Lemoore, Twisted set out to bring bold Indian cuisine with a creative twist to the heart of Kings County — built on traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and real hospitality.

From crispy Vegetable Pakora and tangy Samosas Chaat to rich Butter Chicken and fragrant Biryani — every dish is built on real technique. Vegan and vegetarian options are woven throughout the menu, not tacked on.
